Thailand: A Promising Country for Cyclists
Published on 05.04.2025, 20:38 in Ayutthaya, Thailand
This report’s podcast is only available in german: Thailand: Ein verheißungsvolles Land für Radfahrer.
We had heard exceptionally good things about Thailand from other cyclists – and we report to what extent we can now confirm this in this podcast episode. From the agricultural region of Isan, we head towards Khao Yai National Park. We cycle for dozens of kilometers along a small gravel road along the national park edge, and already here the jungle appears extremely lively. Later, we turn right into the interior of the park and, in addition to great hornbills, we also see gibbons, a scorpion, and giant squirrels. Finally, Ayutthaya awaits us on the other side of the national park, and we discuss to which extent Ayutthaya really is the “Angkor of Thailand”.
We always appreciate your critisism, praise and other suggestions or hints and invite you to send us them via hi@zweiradlertouren.de!
We are going to get on our bicycles once again and further collect kilometers :-)
See you again soon!
