Instead of one long episode we wanted to publish two rather short episodes in North Macedonia (namely episode 9 from Ohrid and now this one), but instead we have two long ones. We’re really sorry about that, but hopefully there’s something in here for everyone: It’s about volcanoes, vegetables and tobacco, the North Macedonian road planning (from which we as cyclists benefit quite well), technical problems, political problems and in detail about our bicycle panniers (and why they were responsible for the fact that we were stuck in Shkodra for five days).
